Terms and Conditions

All orders and purchases made through Kondinin Group will be subject to these terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read Kondinin Group’s Privacy Policy.

Returns Policy

All due care will be given to the postage of goods to you. If your package is damaged during transit, you can return the item to the Kondinin Group head office for replacement.

If the item you have purchased is wrong due to a dispatch error, you can return the item for a replacement. If the item is wrong because the purchaser accepts sole responsibility for the purchase of items from Kondinin Group’s online bookshop through its 

The purchaser is to provide accurate details during the purchase process, including correct selection of items from the bookshop, and payment using a valid credit card owned by the purchaser and up-to-date delivery and/or mailing address details.

Credit card payments will be processed immediately, and the purchaser will receive an email confirming payment.

Prices promoted through the online bookshop are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices do not include postage and packaging costs.

If a selection error, Kondinin Group will not issue a replacement.

Refunds will be issued on a case-by case basis, as determined by Kondinin Group management. Refunds will not be issued for wrong selection. Refunds will be returned in the same manner in which they were received (i.e. if the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to that credit card).

Some items, such as The Workboot Series teacher resource kits, cannot be returned for a refund. If the item is damaged during delivery, it can be returned and will be replaced with a new version. Please contact the Group on 1800 677 761 to discuss these options.
